Public classes

Join me for public weekly classes in the South Bay, offering both dynamic vinyasa flow and deeply restorative sound baths.

Vinyasa flow classes are breath-led with a strong focus on form and alignment. You’ll move with intention, build heat, and be guided through a practice that supports both strength and awareness in the body.

Sound baths are a space to fully rest. Using crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments, you’ll be immersed in sound designed to calm the nervous system and invite a deeper sense of ease.
